Robert began his career working with small businesses in the banking industry before briefly transitioning to corporate finance. After realizing the corporate world was not for him, he began helping small & medium sized businesses determine potential financial damages & relocate due to municipal road construction projects. His interactions with different businesses across a wide range of industries ultimately led him to founding Hancock Financial, LLC.

Keri has more than 20 years of experience managing all facets of human resources for organizations of various sizes from regional employers (1,000+ employees) to sole proprietors. She possesses a deep understanding of each area of Human Resources including full cycle recruitment, employee evaluations, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, FMLA, workman’s comp, and compliance.
